A Gender Pay Gap report is a mandatory document that must be put together by any organisation that has 250 or more employees. It publishes and reports specific figures about the gender pay gap within that company.
This particular document is available on the Gattaca corporate website. Using graphs and charts I designed the report in the Gattaca brand style to clearly communicate the facts and figures.
